From the moment you arrive at The Coleman Center, we put you at ease. We take you on a brief tour of the Center to familiarize you with the location of meeting rooms, lounges (where food and drink are available throughout the day), restrooms and telephones. We also provide you a handout that contains helpful orientation information.
We consider ourselves privileged to serve you, and we are at your service at all times. If you’d like tickets to a show…if you need a car to take you to the airport…or if you simply have questions -- please don’t hesitate to ask our staff.
In addition, we accept phone messages and post them on a central message board. And our Program Services staff can help you with virtually any business service.
