Career Pathways is a new committee that has stemmed from an integration of the Back to Basics and Master Class committees. The committee is tasked with delivering educational programs using MPI Professional Pathways assessment tools as the guideline for their programs. To prepare for each class committee members are assigned to work different areas to give a wide range of experience in the planning process.

For the first session scheduled to take place on September 19, 2006: “Bridging the Mind Set from Corporate to Small Business Owner”, Sharon was responsible for securing and contracting with the venue for the event. In previous years Sharon has been a member of other committees to include Community Outreach Committee, Hospitality Committee and Members Services Committee.

As a member of MPI Sharon Herard is an active member of the Career Pathways Committee.
