Meeting space rented at The Coleman Center, NYC, New York

Having your next meeting at The Coleman Center couldn’t be easier. We charge a flat rate per person for each day – we call this our Conference Day Package (CDP). This comprehensive rate includes the following services:

  • A principle meeting room appropriate for the size of your group and the room set-up desired for your program

  • A breakout room for up to 10 participants (certain conditions apply)

  • Bottled water service

  • Full continental breakfast served until 11:00 am: Hot and cold cereals, yogurts, fresh juice, whole fruit, danish, bagels & muffins

  • Continuous refreshment service throughout the day: Starbucks House Blend & Decaffeinated House Blend coffees, Tazo teas, assorted sodas, hot chocolate and fruit

  • Buffet lunch: Delicious entrees, salad, pasta or grain, vegetable, assorted breads & rolls, fruit salad and dessert, plus a deli buffet, which includes soup in the fall and winter

  • Afternoon snacks which vary from day to day, include a variety of cookies, chips, pretzels, fruit and ice cream

  • Standard presentation equipment: VCR or DVD Player, Monitor, Data projector (included for groups of 8 or more) Overhead projector and screen

  • Up to four flipcharts with easels and assorted markers

  • Pads (8.5” x 11”) and pens for each participant
